If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Filipperbrevet 4:13 ”Allt förmår jag i honom som ger mig kraft.” Du kanske tror att enda lösningen mot att överkomma din synd är genom att vara i en relation, men sanningen är att Gud är allt du behöver och med Honom kan du överkomma allt! Till och med lusten, även fast att det känns svårt och omöjligt. Lita på att Gud vet bäst för dig, be Honom att Hans vilja ska ske för dig för det är det bästa🙏🏼 Må Gud hjälpa dig och stärka dig!
