If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Weakness is the thing that makes you stronger in faith. Remember God is fair and will not make you to bear things that are not possible to bear with Him. Remember it is okay to give up, all of us are not perfect. But we still need to go back to God's Path and follow Him.
