I need prayers i ask you guys pray for me to be free from this all of this sadness and anxiety I've been burdened with and that God and Jesus would encounter me and change my emotions guide my mental physical immune health and all of those healh and emotional health and that harmful thoughts about myself and others to go for me to be free and for this year to get better in would be really relieved and for my faith to be good
