Dear God, we thank You for providing me, my friends, each and every student in my school, and many other children and teenagers across Ontario, the opportunity to rest from work and grow closer to you. Please provide us with your guidance and support as we continue to reflect on Jesus’ life, death, resurrection, and His teachings throughout Easter. Help us to draw nearer to You and share the Good News of Jesus in a corrupted world that needs it. Amen.
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
