I struggle with lust and temptation I need to repent but it's so hard and it's like a repeating cycle I can not stop.

Whenever lust and temptation linger, the best way to break free from it is to confess it to someone you trust, you don't have to be alone as you face this struggle and also confess it to God and ask God for guidance and repentance, also flee from it when you feel tempted and go to God for protection. To add with that recognize the patterns on what usually triggers you to get tempted or feel sexual urges. And most importantly focus on your Spirit, through prayer or through the Word or even through speaking about what you're going through with a trusted friend or mentor.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.
