Hi guys! I ask for a prayer because I have a lot of work to do about something but sometimes I feel to stressed and tense because of a bad period of fears and overthinking. Please pray for me to soothe my anxiety and my voltage and give me strength and happiness to do all my works! Thank you all!

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.
