If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. And say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Olá minha irmã! Tudo bem? Espero que sim, lembre que você deve ter tempo para Deus todos os dias, ore antes de levantar e antes de dormir, leia a Palavra que Ele nos oferece, ore com mais frequência, agradeça por cada coisa que você tem, como comida, casa e roupas, porque muitas não tem a oportunidade de nem comer. Não fique desmotivada e infeliz, anime-se pois Ele trará ânimo e descanso para as almas que nEle esperam! Leia Mateus 11:28-30, este versículo dá conforto aos que esperam por Jesus. Que Deus te abençoe minha irmã! Amém!
