Father, in less than 2 weeks, on January 25, 2025, I will have a bench press competition. Philippians 4:13, in you, Christ, I seek strength. Be with me even at the competition. Lord, allow me to eventually do other disciplines like squats and deadlifts. Lord, I ask for help for people who struggle with similar problems so they can do what they enjoy, and so that I do this for them as motivation and not just for myself. Amen🙏🏻✝️
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
