Father, I need help for my mental and spiritual health. I get discouraged very quickly and I can't create healthy habits for my spiritual or personal life. I'm tired of not being able to finish what I start. I know that God has great plans for me and my family. But at this rate, I feel like I'm going to ruin everything. The only thing that keeps me going is that I don't want to go back to what I was before. I need God not to let go of me, and for His Holy Spirit to be the one to take control of everything that is put in my hands, whether ministerial or personal. Because alone, I ruin everything.
