#I_want_a_blessing_not_admiration There is a big difference between "winning people's admiration" and "finding a blessing" in their eyes. "Admiration" is the result of people's tastes, interactions, and will. As for "blessing", it is a gift from heaven! You find God extending kindness to you in people's eyes, kindness that goes beyond standards of taste, interactions, and calculations of will! "Admiration" includes only advantages. While "blessing" includes the whole person because it is a gift, and gifts are indivisible! "Admiration" makes a person happy temporarily, and the joy quickly fades, like all feelings... temporary! But "blessing" does not... as long as a person appreciates it and his heart is grateful for it, God will perpetuate and multiply it, because He is good regardless of our level of deservingness. In all types of interactions and at all levels between people, there is a big difference between “getting admiration” and “finding a blessing.” There is a big difference between wishing to gain admiration and praying to find a blessing. May God always make us loved by His grace, loved for the sake of His blessing within us. May God make us among the people of blessing.
