Please keep me in your prayers as I visit my ophthalmologist tomorrow. I’m seeking a second opinion about the possibility of major surgery on my right eye, which is affected by glaucoma and may require the insertion of a drainage device. This procedure carries risks for me, especially since I have Sturge-Weber syndrome. I’m eager to hear the ophthalmologist's advice. I’m placing my hope, faith, and trust in the Lord, asking Him to touch the heart of the ophthalmologist and provide a better alternative for my treatment.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
