God has given us all we need to follow Him. It’s free will. The right to choose. You are choosing the flesh over our Father. Pray for the pruning of the lust and allow your desire to be turned to God in love and truth. And pray for the part of you that knows this is is just a dance to be pruned so you can get past it and just keep yourself for the husband He has set aside for you.

May the Almighty God give you the courage and power to win what you are going through. You just need to trust and believe everything is possible to God, take your time and pray. I hope it shall be well in Jesus's name amen!!!

Good morning I feel your struggle and sadness knowing you want to be a close child of God. Weakness with sin may be better understood if you had a good manual on how to get there. In asking for support in understanding the “why” of sin may be the first step. Given the world today, to break away from sin when you’re surrounded by it is so difficult. Sin is easy and free, that’s how the evil one has ment it to be. I bet you have a job. Everyday you go to work so you can put gas in your car and food on the table. It’s not that you want to or enjoy it, it’s because of the consequences if you don’t. Basically understanding that give you the basics. The sin of lust is a big one in. It’s big because the impurity of how you’re hurting yourself and your Spirit that God has given you. So, you have the best teacher of God knowledge living inside you. My first step in the process of giving up my everyday weakness was to learn how to hear and obey the Holy Spirit. You are not your sin. You are Gods beloved child. I turned on the tv one day and saw it was filled with all the things that Satan knows weak people will love. Sex, cheating , violence . Sin is easy faithfulness is hard. Let me ask you this would you cheat on a husband if you were married ? Hopefully not.because you know what the consequences will be. You’ll be left alone and unhappy . So you practice faithfulness. I believe God wants your faithfulness and love. To change your routine and thoughts of lust mite be hard, but the reward is knowing you have pleased your Father. Change your routine that puts you in the mental space or physical closeness to the change you want to make. Surround yourself with people that do not want to sin. Don’t watch the shows that condone the sin you’re trying to change. Read one chapter of the Bible daily so you can understand more. There’s nothing new under the sun. People have lusted, lied and killed for thousands of years. Your just history of the weak and corruptness of generations of sinners. It’s such a wonderful thing that you sincerely want to break away from the hold sin has on you and you are capable of doing it. Take the noise out of your life. Stop caring what your friends are telling if it does not correspond with what God wants for you. Church is not necessarily the answer unless you can find one that teaches by the words of God. It’s better to be alone than to be around people that don’t care about what God wants for you. Get on YouTube it is a never ending source of praise, understanding sin and how to break it. It’s hard to comprehend the value that God has for us. All we can do is our best and everyday try to do better.

The fact that you wanna stop is a great sign that your on the right path with God. Lust is a tough battle to conquer but we already have the victory in Christ. Just ask Jesus to deliver you and help you as soon as the temptation arises in your mind. He promises to make a way out for you Make the decision and choice to choose him over lust. Instead of committing the sin. Pick up the Bible and read it. Put on a worship song and sing it. Call up a brother or sister in Christ and ask them to pray with or for you.
