I need clarity, help to know what to do. I got a job 4 days ago, they pay me less than the minimum wage in Mexico, 1500 pesos a week. My job is about selling products from the Soleil and Lionesse brand. The products are expensive, so my job is to attract people and make them interested in the products, but I am not very social and I find it difficult to talk to people, besides, it is in a store in a mall and they don't even let me sit down. My work schedule is from 10 am to 6 pm during the week and from 10 am to 9 pm on weekends. Since I now have a fixed salary of 1500, I also have a 10% commission on each sale. This salary lasts me 1 month while I am being trained, then I earn only a 25% commission. And I am very frustrated because I only have 1 day off and it is during the week, I feel exploited and basically my money goes on Uber, since I don't have transportation and it's 200 pesos daily. I don't know what to do, pray for me so that God helps me know what to do or gives me strength and motivation to try harder, because I haven't sold anything and the people who pass by the mall are very rude and demotivate me more, because as I am supposed to be a "sales advisor" I have to talk to people and sometimes they pass by and ignore you 😿
