Good day to those reading this❤️ Most of us probably have felt exhausted at one point, maybe because of, school, work, responsibilities, etc. That could get in the way of our relationship with God, but here are 5 ways to rest and remember when you're tired.
Step 1. Establish a sabbath day, set a day where you can rest and focus on your relatio ship with God and relaxation. Include activities you enjoy while also focusing on God, like worship, prayer, and bible reading.
Genesis 2:2 NASB2020

Step 2. Hang out with people that will bless you, avoid people who drain you, instead go with friends that encourage you and enjoy being around.
1 Corinthians 15:33 NASB2020
[33] Do not be deceived: “Bad company corrupts good morals.”
Step 3. Simplify your life, seek first God and all you need will be given to you, dont worry about what you need, but prioritize God and he will provide what you need.
Matthew 6:34 NASB2020
[34] “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Step 4. Meaningfully connect to God, a fruit of the spirit is peace, and no matter where you are you can always find peace, pray and ask for peace.
Matthew 6:33 NASB2020
[33] But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you.
Step 5. Wait for God to renew your strength, God will never leave you, pray and ask for strength.
James 1:5 NASB2020
[5] But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
Reflect on your life, go to Jesus for rest, find peace, for Jesus loves you❤️, God bless❤️❤️🩹🙏🕊
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
