I know it is a blessing to have the opportunity to serve on the production team, (im 14) but, ill explain the situation. The pastor told me that i should join the production team, because im one of the few youth, but worship is very important to me, and i dont think i could give up the worship part(though I do try to worship every day though all i do, church is just special, holy, and so close to God for me it makes it sacred). I do want to serve! I want to be one of the people who prays for others at the altar. God blessed me with encouragement and empathy, i want to be a counselor, im often called a prayer warrior, and i think ive known that would be a great job for me for a long time. I dont know if the pastor will think im old enough though. I kind of feel underestimated becuase of my age, like people dont expect i can be as deep as an adult, or do what they do. I know 1st timothy 4:12, and i try, but i often have way less opportunities due to age. I just want clarity on what to do with the serving team, and that ill be able to pray for others at the altar, and just let Gods will be done, not mine. I've already texted my dad and stepmom, church is tomorrow and im gonna have to let the pastor know, so pray for no anxiety, and that the pastor will understand completely and help me serve in a way that feels like I'm worshiping God to the fullest. Pray for confidence, and just pray that God's will alone is the outcome of every situation i'm in
