It took prayer, healing, unlearning, and intentional pruning to arrive at this place. Therefore, my selectiveness with people, spaces, conversations, and access is deliberate. I no longer engage with what disrupts my peace, drains my spirit, or dishonors the growth God has cultivated within me. This version of me was refined through process and purpose, and I steward her with wisdom.
This is not isolation.
It is discernment.
It is stewardship of the spirit.
It is honoring the transformative work God has done in me.
“Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
— Philippians 4:5–7
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
