Bible Scripture Psalm 37:19 (KJV):

“They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.”

Revelation:
Psalm 37:19 is a promise of divine preservation and provision during hard seasons.

God is speaking to times of:
   •   scarcity
   •   uncertainty
   •   economic pressure
   •   spiritual warfare
   •   emotional testing
   •   global or personal crisis

1. “They shall not be ashamed in the evil time” — God Will Cover You

Shame comes when:
   •   expectations fail
   •   provision runs out
   •   help doesn’t come
   •   people mock or judge

But God says the righteous will not be disgraced.

Even when things are hard:
   •   you won’t be humiliated
   •   you won’t be exposed
   •   you won’t be abandoned
   •   you won’t be forsaken

God will cover you publicly and privately.

2. “In the days of famine they shall be satisfied” — Supernatural Provision

This is not normal provision
this is covenant provision.

While others lack, God feeds His people.

This doesn’t mean famine won’t exist
it means famine won’t control you.

God knows how to:
   •   stretch resources
   •   multiply provision
   •   send help
   •   open doors
   •   provide creatively
   •   sustain you when systems fail

3. God People Thrive Even in Crisis

This verse proves:
   •   obedience attracts provision
   •   righteousness attracts protection
   •   trust attracts supply

Your obedience creates a different outcome.

4. You Are Not Dependent on the Economy—You Are Dependent on God

Your source is not the system.
Your source is the Lord.

God will satisfy you even when others are struggling.

Prayer:
Father, in the name of Jesus,
I thank you that you preserve me in difficult times.
Cover me from shame, lack, and fear when seasons are hard.

Lord, be my provider in times of famine.
Satisfy me with what I need and teach me to trust you fully.

I declare:
I will not be ashamed.
I will not lack.
I will be satisfied.
God is my source.

Thank you, Lord, for covenant protection and provision. In Jesus sanctified name I pray, amen.
