I’m praying a new fire be lit in my spiritual life. I’ve recently fell short in many ways and beg God not only for his forgiveness and mercy but also his guidance and discernment.

Heavenly Father I come before you, humbled by your power and your love. I am so grateful for yet another day of breath in my lungs despite all the wrongs of my past and times I have fell short of your glory and expectations. Father God I pray for your guidance. Help me remain in your presence and on the path you have paved perfectly for my life. Open my eyes, my ears, my mind and my heart so that I may see, hear, understand, and love you fully. Father it is in your holy name that I praise and I thank you.
