Hello my brothers&sisters in Christ! I have just finished reading Ephesians 6 which is very based on obeying your gaurdians/parents and would love love love to talk about it! 🫰

Honor your father and mother.This is the first commandment with a promise: If you honor your father and mother, things will go well for you, and you will have a long life on the earth.

Me, Myself as a teenager have struggled with this as sometimes my parents may not allow me to do certain things I would like to do and this would make me mad and my temper would react quickly.

From my point of view we sometimes disregard the way we treat our parents because some people can only see them as people who control their actions. We can talk back and we can even talk badly behind their back.

This my brothers & sisters is not the best way to react with our emotions and temper we have with our parents as we should be slow to speak and slow to get angry according to James 1:19. Please remember to love and take care of your parents as they are children of our God too!! 🥹

Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.
