God bless you in the name of Jesus Christ Amen. Please pray for me because lust has caught me, in short "self-gratification." Please, I ask you to pray to the Lord that I can turn away from this sin because I lay it open and acknowledge and admit that I have done something wrong and have given the enemy too much play. Please brothers and sisters pray that I can hold on to the Jesus prayer in the next temptations. As Elder Ephraim of Arizona said, "We become like roaring lions when we have a good grip on the [Jesus] prayer - not when we pray negligently or lukewarmly, but with soul strength! Revive yourself with the thought that prayer is everything. Without prayer, you face a general decline, going from one fall to the next. If we hold on to prayer with all our might in temptations, we will surely overcome the devil and attribute the victory to the all-holy name of Christ." Elder Ephraim of Arizona
No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
