Pain and struggle is normal and we need to first accept it, then overcome it. We can't choose how and when we can struggle and feel pain but we can still choose for who and what we will suffer.
My advice is to find advice from God first. Find out what He would or did in your situation and try to follow it.
Remember you are not without help, you are with a person who seeks your love.
