If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord. Also say the Lord's prayer over and over again.

Lust can be a dangerous carnal knowledge but we can always fight against it when we start seeing with the soul and not the eyes I pray God makes you see so you can transmute that lust into creative power may God bless and keep you safe

In the bible it says to flee not to fight it cuz u will lose not saying your wrong just correcting
