I feel my heart hardening... I am a very impatient, proud, incredulous woman, with bad thoughts, anxious, idolatrous... I want to leave all that behind. Please pray for me because I want to be free, to feel freedom in Jesus, because I belong only to him. We belong to him and are his slaves.

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord.

i relate in the sense that you feel your heart hardening and the stress and anxiety you’ve been feeling. i pray we feel god wrap his arms around us and give us the assurance that we’ll be alright. i pray god lightens the burdens we feel and give us patience and understanding. i hope you have a great day love. growth takes time, and god is happy that you came to him with your worries. he is proud of you for wanting to be the better version of you that you both know you can 🫶🏼

you won’t find freedom in jesus with the belief that you are a slave to him. slaves were not loved and adored by their owner how we are by our father. he’s given us a choice on who we want to be, who we serve, and how we treat everybody. that choice is an act of love. in heaven, we will sit at the table with jesus by his side. we will be served the same way we’ve served the lord. try to shift your mindset and realize you’re a disciple, not a slave. it’s a beautiful thing to follow the lord and his guidance. to feel his love and forgiveness.
