Can y’all please pray that I won’t spend as much time on my phone anymore, and that I give all of my attention to God and not idolize my phone anymore? I know I should do this on my own, but I would like a little little bit of help too. Thank you for understanding. God bless!✝️

If you've never fasted while reading his Word, I highly recommend it. Just a light fast; postpone one meal. It creates a powerful bond with the Lord that makes you feel his love and comfort. It's quality time with the Lord.

A small suggestion. Being that you can find many different Bible apps on your phone like this one, if you do find yourself on your phone more than you'd like, try reading some Bible verses or checking on prayers on here ir in your community.
