Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a humble heart, acknowledging my need for Your mercy and grace. I confess any and all sins I have committed, from my very first heartbeat to this current moment. I recognize the ways I have fallen short of Your glory and strayed from Your path.

Please forgive me for my transgressions, both known and unknown, and cleanse me from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). I ask for Your healing touch upon my heart, body and mind, and I surrender my burdens to You. Help me to turn away from sin and to walk in Your light, guided by Your love and truth.

Thank You for the gift of forgiveness through Jesus Christ, who paid the price for my sins. May I live each day in a way that honors You and reflects Your grace to others.
