Lord, I have sinned against You once again, I'm tired of lust, it's fleeting but yet I keep going to it, though You give me signs to not do , but I still do, I pray for Your forgiveness and I ask of Your mercy, Humble me Lord, Help me to accept Your love and grace and to know You're always there despite my struggles or my backsliding, please help me to meditate on Your Word so that I may walk by the Spirit and not gratify the desires of the flesh. in Jesus name Amen.

You can find a 12 step meeting on a daily basis. They helped me a lot.

I tried fasting I always failed but when I focused on Jesus more I didn't even notice I didn't eat that day so maybe I just need to not worry about the physical anymore but my spiritual, though I have anemia and it really affects my mom when I'm low on iron

Galatians 5:16-17
