When we are corrected, it seems at the moment to be a reason for sadness and not for joy. However, later, those who have been corrected receive as a reward a life of righteousness and peace.
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.
